Our Work

Elyu Omakase.
Michelin Recommended.

Kura Consulting's founder served as Beverage Director at Elyu Omakase in Miami, one of Florida's most acclaimed omakase experiences. Starting from nothing, he built the full beverage program: supplier relationships, service standards, a curated wine program, and a sake selection sourced from importers and distributors no other Miami restaurant was working with. The sake list featured rare bottles genuinely unavailable elsewhere in the market.

Multiple complete seasonal programs were built and executed over his tenure. Each one was rebuilt around the chef's changing menu to ensure every pairing made the food taste better. The result was a beverage identity that outperformed every competitor in the market and drew direct recognition from the Michelin Guide.
